Sales Opportunities for Pros and Recent Grads

Dealer Business Partner

Partner with and support your customers to identify sales growth opportunities in line with territory goals. Through the HHT Dealer Sales Process, our Dealer Business Partners increase satisfaction levels while building relationships with customers.

Dealer Sales Account Manager

Identify sales growth opportunities in line with territory goals and achieve sales revenue goals for your territory by gaining an understanding of products, business, and accounts and working to establish a disciplined approach to sales and support via phone and electronic media.

Builder Sales Representative

Support the vision and goals of Hearth & Home by establishing new builder accounts and servicing existing builder accounts in the assigned market.

Independent Distributor Business Partner

Increase satisfaction levels, build relationships with customers and grow revenue, unit dollar average, market penetration and incident rate by gaining Product, Program and Market Knowledge through effective execution of sales process and tools.

Sales Leadership

Drive Top Line Sales by using the sales talent management and development processes to develop a proactive customer focused sales team, able to make sound business decisions in support of regional sales goals.

Retail Sales Associate

Develop an in depth understanding of hearth products and the installation process to facilitate product recommendations and solutions for our consumers.
